Every detail there was superb, including staff and location. They made my stay wonderful. The restaurant was bright, it had fresh dishes. I loved that there were plenty of facilities in the room such as: central heating, iron/ironing board and an electronic key card.

Staff where attractive, so we appreciated our being there. Real good overall experience.

Beautiful staff and location, I had an excellent stay. I thoroughly enjoyed a superb decor and brand new furniture. The property was in the middle of the city. Simple check in and late check out.

Stunning view, efficient service, really comfortable beds. The family room was very cosy, I felt like at home. Fresh made English breakfast — pleasant selection. Pretty decent location, not too far from bristol museum and art gallery. Thoroughly enjoyed to hang out in the centre, it's at a short distance from the hotel. Friendly reception.

The venue was always clean and the staff were competent. Bright double room was big. It's the first place where staff was willing to help. Very convenient location, Bristol airport was 15 km away.

A contemporary hotel in Bristol. Friendly staff, lovely food and fresh breakfast. I truly enjoyed that we had fridge and mobile in the room.

The hotel itself is MODERN, we greatly enjoyed food and facilities. At a near distance from Bristol Temple Meads train station. Large room and very comfortable bed. Their concierge rocks! Amazing base for 1 night.
Beds were hard.

In superb central position could not have been better. Hotel was lovely and staff so helpful. Our first trip to Bristol to catch up with our grandaughter who is at university there - we had great weekend, so much to see loads of shopping and great restaurants.

Well presented hotel with good and clean facilities. We only stayed for one night with no breakfast. Friendly staff, clean and spacious double bedroom with lovely shower room. The location is good as it is within walking distance to many locations in Bristol - Cabot circus is the nearest and it is right at the foot of m32, very convenient for road trip. It is also close to the Bristol central bus station. It is within a walking distance to the Harbourside. For a stop over, a shopping trip in Cabot Circus or a business trip to nearby offices, it is a good place to stay.
A few minor points: the lift design was confusing with only down arrow button from the reception area on the 2nd floor. Even with the knowledge of the use of room card to operate the lifts going up to the rooms - it is very confusing at first; The lift stops at 2nd floor no matter whether you want to go to the reception or not and finally when we visited the car parking validation in the hotel did not work and we had to embarrassingly reversed from the exit barrier to sort it out with them. Hopefully this is a temporary glitch and will be fixed soon. They did not state in the website that the car park overnight is £10, which I think they should let you know before you book.

Locality excellent, friendly and helpful staff, Derek on the desk was lovely and very welcoming. Fantasic room with excellent facilities for price. Bathroom very nicely done. Ice bucket in room for use with access to ice on corridor was a nice extra. Helpful to have iron and board already in room. Sofa bed surprisingly comfortable also. Breakfast too expensive £13.50 so we ventured else where. Did not use bar so unsure of prices but looked very nice. Would definately stay in hotel again.
Cleanliness could have been better, dirty mug and shelves very dusty. Only set up for 2 guests in room, whereas was 3 so had to ask for extra set of towels, didn't get the extra mug we asked for. Mini bar was left unfilled and unlocked so had to inform reception so as not to get charged. Minor issues. Breakfast too expensive.
